Find Another Way, She said.

It was the year 2000, in Santa Fe, NM. I had just arrived, following a move from San Diego with 1,000 CDs in the trunk of my car. It was a surreal time. I was witnessing that well-known New Mexico enchantment fill the air and my grateful heart. Straight away, it landed me a gig at what had been the coolest venue in town, Bar B. In addition, a magical assembly of well-respected local musicians learned my original songs and brought them to life. I thought I’d died and gone to heaven.

That is, until I played this song.

I introduced it by saying, “This is a song from the Mother.” Laughter erupted from the bar. That was when I decided that I couldn’t tell the truth about my music and where it came from.

“Let’s get a real band in here!” More laughter exploded as the cool guy lifted his glass to me, winked, and chugged his beer.

The Kundalini happened in 1998. Boom – Consciousness changed. Boom – Dozens of songs poured into my raptured body. It was amazing and confusing and a blessing. The understanding of it as a blessing came later. Much later.

I remember when this song arrived. I wept. I could feel her pain. I knew she would be making big changes. I watched and waited for 22 years. Later the transmissions from the gold-light angels delivered similar messages. The one below came in 2007.

Align with Her. Move with Her changes. Find Another Way to say I Love you.

And the choice is LIFE – conscious aliveness.”
